another Jess question

I don't know if anyone has asked this but if so I'm sorry. I really love our Jess we got yesterday but I did notice when I took her hair out of the braids it seems so thin much thinner then any of the other dolls hair. Is it suppose to be this way? I would really hate to exchange her.

Her hair was cut across the back so it would fit nicely into braids. This is what AG always does. If you fluff her hair out it falls into pretty waves. I put Yuki's hair up into two high ponytails with the rest falling over her shoulders and it looks very full and pretty.

I felt that way at first but after brushing once or twice with the spritzer it didn't seem that bad. Just think of her hair as having a different (unique) texture than the other dolls. The only problem I had with my first dolls was her hair kept falling outt.

Thanks I was hoping it was normal. I've ended up liking her so much more then I thought I would. It's so hard to tell how the dolls hair is online or in the catalog. The #24 we got I thought her hair would be longer and I didn't know it came with pigtails. But she's still really cute.
